Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We do not sell your information.
Last updated 16 October 2026. Trace Elements Protocols LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We do not sell your information, and we never will.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email, phone, state, when you enquire, buy or subscribe.
- Intake information — if you become a coaching client: your goals, training history, diet, sleep, supplements, medications, and answers to a health screen. This is sensitive, and we treat it that way.
- Lab results — only if you choose to share them with us.
- Correspondence — what you send us by email or through forms on this site.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type and pages visited.
- Analytics data, if and when we use an analytics provider, used to understand which pages are useful.
Information we do not hold
We never see or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider under their own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To build and adjust your coaching program.
- To deliver what you bought and provide support.
- To decide whether medical clearance is needed before you begin, and to avoid supplement interactions with medication you take.
- To send you email you asked for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect service email about something you bought.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not use your intake or health-screen answers for marketing, and we do not use them to build advertising audiences.
Who we share it with
We share only with service providers who need the information to do their job for us — our hosting provider, our payment and course platform, and our email provider. They are permitted to use it only for that purpose.
We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety. Otherwise, we do not disclose your information to anyone, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
If you choose to order laboratory testing through a third-party service we link to, that company collects your information directly under its own privacy policy and its own rules about health information. We do not order those tests and we do not receive your results unless you send them to us yourself.
How long we keep it
Intake and client records are kept for the duration of your program and for as long afterwards as is needed for records and legal purposes, then deleted. Form submissions are downloaded into our own records and removed from the web form provider. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and client records are kept in access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim that it is — but we hold the minimum we need and we do not keep sensitive information in places that do not require it.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Email tracy@tepstack.com and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights; we extend the rights above to everyone regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
We use only what the site needs to function, plus analytics if enabled. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where it affects you, tell you by email.
