Refund policy
What is refundable, what is not, and how to ask.

Here is exactly what is refundable and what is not, so there are no surprises on either side.
Digital protocols and downloads
Non-refundable. Protocols, PDFs and other downloadable materials are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once you have access to them. Please read the description before you buy, and email us first if you are unsure whether a protocol is right for you — we would rather answer the question than sell you the wrong thing.
Courses
48 hours. You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the course materials. After 48 hours, or once materials have been downloaded, courses are non-refundable.
Group coaching
Non-refundable. Group programs run on a set schedule with a limited number of places, and your place is held from the moment you enrol. Fees are not refundable once enrolment is confirmed.
Private coaching
Non-refundable once the engagement begins. Coaching is a fixed-term commitment, and your place in the cohort is reserved for you. This is why every engagement starts with an application and a conversation — so that both of us are confident before any money changes hands. If you decide not to proceed after that conversation but before the engagement begins, you will be refunded in full.
If you need to pause for a documented medical reason, contact us. We will work with you on rescheduling rather than refunding.
If we cancel
If we cancel a program or cannot deliver what you paid for, you receive a full refund of the undelivered portion.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email us before contacting your bank. Most problems are solved in a single message, and a chargeback filed without contacting us first may result in loss of access to purchased materials.
How to request a refund
Email tracy@tepstack.com with your order number and what you bought. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
